DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders with in India are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Little Pattu is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company.

We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the tracking details (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company details through email/message.

Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 3 to 5 working days from the date you place the order.

TAMPER-PROOF PACKAGING

All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition, and we will be unable to fulfil any exchange or refund request.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN

In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product to us, and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at littlepattu.india@gmail.com. Please make sure the product is the same condition as delivered with the bill and price tag, failing which, we will not be able to accept the return.

REFUND

In case of refund, a refund for the return orders will be processed only after receiving the product at our warehouse and completing the quality check. After that refund will processed with 1 to 15 working days, which depends upon mode of payment.

RETURN SHIPMENT
